[CentOS] 4.2 update removed my zaptel settings from rules.d/50-udev.rules

that is why you are supposed to not make changes to that file but rather
put any changes/new entries in /etc/udev/rules.d/10-udev.rules (or any
file that alpha sorts prior to 50-udev.rules
