You should check out www.vtiger.com for VtigerCRM 4.2 as it works very well
on CentOS 4.1 and has great install tools as well ..

they only have user guide they don't have install guide.

PS: keep track of things you do, as upgrading from one release to the
next can be a little painful. It's always handy to know what files 
you've touched by hand when working with this project.
