[CentOS] install CentOS using an external USB cdrom

instead of

linux your_options_here

use

i586 your_options_here

(that is w/ the 4.3 version of CentOS ... with versions of CentOS-4
before 4.3 ... and with CentOS-3 ... nothing special is required to
install on i586)
