[CentOS] Clamav

I just installed clamav last night.  yum -y install clamav found nothing,
which seemed strange.  A search revealed no clamav on the server.

So I pulled down the stable release, built and installed it, all in about 30
minutes.

This is one of the clearest-documented tools I've worked with.

Now I'm about to try and tie it to DEVCOT.  That won't be 30 minutes.
