[CentOS] dag repo and perl dependencies naming

I found that the CGI.pm in FC5's Perl doesn't work with an application I
was installing [1] and after working out which was the latest version
needed I packaged CGI.pm using cpanflute2 and then installed it and
didn't have a problem... Of course this is overriding a module with a
older version...
