[CentOS] Tape backup question.

If you need something that is like a ghost image then I would use dd. If you
are going to have a complex backup shedule then I would use dump. You can
use rdump to backup systems to a remote tape device. As far as the device
itself I would guess /dev/st0 if it is a rewinding tape device, and
/etc/nst0 if it is not a rewinding tape device, most likely /dev/nst0.
