[CentOS] No problems in 4.3-to-4.4 upgrade

I still haven't finished with all my machines, but so far, with exactly
this same procedure, I too had no problems at all.

I've changed the procedure to update python-sqlite and sqlite before the
general update lately, just to be on the safe side.
