[CentOS] CentOS 4.4

I only now joined the list, hello all!

I saw in the MARC archives that the release of CentOS 4.4 was discussed, and 
promised to be about 2 weeks after the release by RH. Since the RH 
announcement was on Aug 10, I hope we can start downloading by Aug 24?
