[CentOS] Moderating on IRC and/or the Mailing Lists

OK I am going to say this once.

The CentOS IRC Channel and these lists are not personal playgrounds for
people, and they are moderated by CentOS developers.

If a developer tells you to stop something on the lists or in the
IRC ... then JUST DO IT ... and then:

JUST SHUT THE F--- UP

I am getting fairly tired of people thinking that they don't have to
listen to what people who make this distro possible have to say ... and
that they don't need to be polite.  You need to do both ...
