Ok I dont want this list to be as hostile as the courier-imap is but for some time most of the threads debated here are common or wouldn't exist if the original poster has done so search (like the openvpn one or the recent ftp - by the way go to vsftp's website, there are example for restraining the passive ports used by the ftpd daemon: pasv_min_port & pasv_max_port).
