I suspect you're just getting bitten by some video driver issue. When you get it working, I'd love to hear about your battery life. My R3000Z w/Athlon 64 3400+ blows through the high capacity 12-cell battery pretty quickly. I'm hoping the Turion is a bit better or that someone manages to figure out how to get Linux booting up on the lighter/thinner Macbook Pro. 8-) Cheers,
