[CentOS] Centos 3.5 x86_64 yum update conflict with perl

I made a mistake on 3.5 x86_64. perl.i386 should not have been included.
While it's fixed in the 3.6 release, it's a issue on 3.4/5 -> 3.6 upgrade.

Prior to "yum -y update", you can "rpm -e perl.i386"

One other file that slipped though QA is bind-libs.i386.
