Are there any interesting messages in your messages logfile ?
can you use the vconfig command to bring up the vlan ?

ie.
vconfig add bond0 201

ifconfig bond0.201 10.192.32.37 netmask 255.255.255.0 up


also what is in
/proc/net/vlan/
