[CentOS] Using fedora's kernel on centos

Hi Karanbir,

I am not sure I can do this.   CentOS kernel is heavyly patched so
trying to add the changes that enable the CONNMARK would not be easy
and frankly beyond my current expertise.

Seems that getting the tarball from kernel.org the feasible way.
