[CentOS] Finding perl-MIME-Base64

As someone mentioned before perl-MIME-Base64 is in perl-5.8.5-34.RHEL4.
I do not use Dag version of Tinyca2, is outdated and not UTF8. Go this way:
rpm -Uhv http://tinyca.sm-zone.net/tinyca2-0.7.5-0.noarch.rpm --nodeps
It works.
