[CentOS] Hosting

I would agree cPanel is not for the sys admins. I wrong move and the system
will stop functioning and usually a reinstall of the OS + cPanel has been
the suggested solution.

When I worked in the hosting biz (SiteAmerica)  it was all perl CGI in
house, completely undocumented.
