Looks like you `rpmbuild --rebuild tinyca2-0.7.5-0.src.rpm' from the 
project home page. The tinyca2.spec is wrong as it contains

Requires:       perl perl-Gtk2 perl-MIME-Base64

At least remove "perl-MIME-Base64", I think you can remove the complete 
line.
