Chris I've deployed the iBoot range of units from dataprobe in 2 of my DC's, and they pay for themselves in no time. Simple web interface, per user and per port settings, and barring the link *and* power going down, you can recover from most fatalies. On rare occasions, I've had systems that would not recover gracefully from a warm reboot and needed the power cycled. Years ago, I had such a device from APC, but haven't needed one in a long time since all my locations are staffed. I'd welcome any suggestions from the list.
