[CentOS] CentOS 4.3 under VMWare ESX 2.5.3 Server

Hi Finnur,

thanks for your feedback on ESX 2.5.x and 3.x - While its interesting to
note about the linux-2.4.x and linux-2.6.x issue, the main concern I had
was something else... ( read below )

this is the point I am most interested in, what / why is it that RHES4
will work fine and not CentOS4.
