[CentOS] is apt/synaptic OK?

Hi,

because I'm used to apt based distro's like Debian and I also use it with
Fedora, I wondered if I could use apt/synaptic on Centos 4.2 and if somebody
could post his sources.list for the repo's that are availabel through apt.
