[CentOS] Building php-5.1.2-5 and php-pear-5.1.2-5 rpms

Nothing.

   -> Version: 1.4.6
   -> Release: 2
   -> Epoch: 1

That of course results in

http://wftp.tu-chemnitz.de/pub/linux/fedora-core/development/i386/Fedora/RPMS/php-pear-1.4.6-2.1.noarch.rpm

There is no need that php-pear has version and release of the PHP package. Pear has a different numbering.
