[CentOS] CentOS 4.3 Jigdo

The nice thing is that there are scripts available on the web (cgi/perl & 
the like) which generate CD/DVDs from jigdo files on the fly, and they 
support ranges.  The CPU use is almost zippo, although more disk seeks are 
likely required (the CD/DVD image is being put together from pieces). 
This would possibly allow some/all? mirrors to drop the CD/DVD images and 
either require people to download via jigdo, or provide the iso files via 
cgi script.  Still researching this though.
