[CentOS] How to see the compile options of a rpm package?

How do I know the options which was compile
openldap-servers-2.2.13-4.i386.rpm on my CentOS 4.3 or another rpm? 

I exactly want to know if the openldap package  was compile with --
enable-ppolicy??
