[CentOS] SSH problems (from the beginning)

Sounds like some kind of a routing problem. 

You don't specify what the IP address is for B. And, what do you mean by 
"works as proxy"? Are they directly connected, or are they in separate towns? 
Are you using NAT? 

Answers to some of these questions just might beg an answer out.
