[CentOS] About download ISO image, again

The Server CD is simply a subset of the entire CentOS distribution designed
to fit on one CD. Once installed, the entire distribution is available via
yum. It's a convenient single CD version of the distro, especially for those
instances where DVD and/or multiple CDs are undesirable.
