I was checking against the SRPMS at ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/4ES/en/RHCS/SRPMS and ftp://ftp.redhat.com/pub/redhat/linux/updates/enterprise/4ES/en/RHGFS/SRPMS to determine if I was out-of-date. As an example, the latest version of GFS-kernel in the CentOS repo is 2.6.9-58.3 while the current SRPM on Red Hat's ftp server is 2.6.9-60.3. 2.6.9-58.3 has the required modules for kernel 2.6.9-42.0.3. > Now that I have gone searching manually, I have found the SRPM in the WS repo but not in the AS repo (which is what I mirror). That's odd! The 4AS/4ES/4WS update trees all have the new CS and GFS stuff. I would not imagine that Red Hat would purposely treating 3 and 4 differently... it's too much extra work.
