In Synaptic I am always told which other packages will be removed if I attempt to remove a given package, and I am given the opportunity to back out of removing the package. OK, YumEx does not have this functionality. It would be nice if it were addded, but that is OK. But leaving off our diagreement, how to I find out from yum itself what other packages are dependent on a given package ? I could not find a simple yum command which will tell me this for a given package. The only related yum command seems to tell me what packages a given package depends on, but that is not the same thing about which I am asking.
