Hmm, I think I am a bit lost. Is the printer still connected to the 
Centos box? If so, you need to share via Samba. If the printer is now on 
a Windows host then yes, you can disable printer sharing since there is 
not anything to share any more. At the least it will remove any possible 
confusion.
