I have an FX5200 in my "other" PC (the one that spends most of its
time running Windows so my kids can do their homework).  I attempted
to install Ubuntu Breezy Badger on it and could not get Xorg to work.
It finally became functional when Dapper Drake was released.

Given that Xorg (and, I think, the kernel) on CentOS 4.1 is roughly
the same vintage as Breezy, I would not be hopeful that you'd get it
working.  CentOS 4.4 would be a better bet.
