[CentOS] Yet another yum/rpm update problem

Download and install the latest versions of sqlite and python-sqlite
using RPM.

You should be able to get them here:

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/4/os/i386/CentOS/RPMS/

(or substitute x86_64 for i386 if required)
