Hasn't happened to me.  Three CentOS servers updated, and the alaises
database is intact.  Also, my "problem" had nothing to do with the
Postfix update - it was the stupid ISP (I can't stand Rogers, but I'm
forced to use them).

All in all, the U4 update went very well.
