[CentOS] Backspace key is sending Delete after update to 4.4 (tcsh issue?)

tcsh actually handles it correctly (unless you remap ^? to something  
else).  But this is still an issue in vim (and possibly other  
applications as well).

I don't know if it's correct behavior or not, but it's certainly  
changed behavior.  I'm trying to figure out what changed (and why).
