[CentOS] Logwatch doesn't works on CentOS 3.8

Hi all,

  Recently i have updagred my firewall box from CentOS 3.7 to 3.8. All 
works ok, except logwatch. All jobs that I have on cron works ok without 
problems, and system defaults crons too except logwatch.

  I have tried to run it manually without luck. How can I debug logwatch 
or how can I fix this?
