[CentOS] phpMyAdmin

Just go to http://www.phpmyadmin.net/ and download it... it takes 1 minute
to configure.

I usually don't bother with RPMs for such trivial packages, although I guess
you do get the benenfit of automated patching (if you have yum auto
updating).
