[CentOS] VMWare vs Parallels, and Zen

VMware ESX is a bit expensive but works really well and does some pretty
impressive stuff that is necessary in an enterprise environment.
Unfortunately, there virtual infrastructure software suite requires
Windows servers to support core functionality.
