This is an upstream issue that is duplicated down in centos. Mostly
it's because PNAELV doesn't seem to care much about proper dist tags.
There've been several heated exchanges about this on various lists,
and if I recall correctly it's a fairly sore spot for some of the
RPMForge folks.
