[CentOS] Many Fedora 6 packages in CentOS 5

There is nothing wrong with the build system. This is something that
has been discussed previously. It is the way Upstream provided the
packages.

Sorry you if you get this twice, but the first bounced and it was top
posted anyway and needed to bet rectified. So there's that.
