[CentOS] VMware Server 1.2

At first i am sorry, i was trying to follow already open thread but by
some mistake i have open a new one.

Now about the Centos. When vmware server 1.0.2 first time show me the
problem with C header , i made

yum update
yum install kernel-devel

then i found out the problem i describe above.
