Do you have a TDM400 card in these machines by chance? If so, are you  
running Zaptel 1.4.2? I had this same crash happen using zaptel  
1.4.2. Updating to 1.4.2.1 fixed this.

There is a TDM2400P in the machine, but it is running the 1.2  
branch.  It is running Zaptel 1.2.13.
