Actually, I guess I cheated a bit. I set up pairs of Mirrored disks on an MSA20 and then stripped them in software during the Centos Install. It was the easiest way to get around the silly partition size limits on the MSA20's RAID controller. I'm sure it's straightforward enough to do everything in SW during the install though.
