384MB is sufficient for graphical install of the CentOS 5 beta (4.92):

[root at fold ~]# uname -a
Linux fold.local.davenjudy.org 2.6.18-1.2747.el5 #1 SMP Mon Dec 11

[root at fold ~]# cat /etc/redhat-release
CentOS release 4.92 (Beta)
[root at fold ~]# cat /proc/meminfo

This is my "crash and burn" test box so it only gets minimal usage other
than sequentially making sure the CentOS 5 applications work as expected.
