Geez ... Indeed :/ .... if that was the case I'd go grab the source RPMs and build my own distro, create my own bugzilla and my own wiki and track my own headaches, not going to happen. I think respect is given where due in regards to developers, packagers and re-packagers and in this case what you are referring to as re-packagers, wear more than one hat.
