All of the xorg.conf.* files were createad by pyxf86config, instead of system-config-display (i.e., they were prepackaged). Even so, though, why would the cursor be off-position, and only on the right screen? There's nothing over the screen that would diffract it, unless the screen itself is out of sync, and I ran it through its auto-adjust setting.... Thanks. mhr
