try this (as root naturally)
wget -q -O - http://linux.dell.com/repo/software/bootstrap.cgi | bash
yum install srvadmin-all
modprobe ipmi_si
modprobe ipmi_devintf
srvadmin-services.sh start
then open a web browser and point it to the system in question...
https://ip_address_or_fqdn:1311
log in as root
otherwise, you can use 'omreport' commands also installed by above
