[CentOS] High Performance SSH/SCP - HPN-SSH

Dear CentOS lovers,

Could you consider to include a patch,
http://www.psc.edu/networking/projects/hpn-ssh/
for openssh maybe as CentosPlus packages?
It has great speed impact for long-distance ( high delay ) transfer.
