Also note that this: https://bugzilla.mindrot.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1311 Will be in OpenSSH 4.7. It's not HPN but appears to have some similar goals and approaches. Of course, unlikely that this would enter CentOS until 6.0. But perhaps the fact that's it's "official" might make it a little bit more palatable to backport. Ray
