[CentOS] Can't connect to torrent tracker

This is now fixed ... the provider of that server noticed it was serving
a lot of traffic {ummm ... we just did 2 point releases ... no kidding
:) }, so they decided to reboot it for me :(
That did shutdown the tracker, but it is back on-line now.
