[CentOS] Can't connect to torrent tracker

FWIW, the tracker is offline again tonight.

I'm seeing a few 100 DHT peers for each 
CentOS-5.1-{i386|x86_64}-bin-DVD  so the torrent is freely running, but 
the tracker has been AWOL for hours now ('offline - timed out').
