Can't respond with any direct experience on your issue, except to guess
that putting something that look more like the installer would expect to
find on a real RHEL3 installation in /etc/redhat-release might help;
however, you could increase the probability of getting good help by not
sending HTML mail in a virtually unintelligible format.
