Running "mount" with no options will give you the list of currently mounted 
file systems.  This can't always be relied on through, because it's actually 
printing /etc/mtab, which if if unchangeable (/ is ro), will not reflect 
mount changes.  In that case, if you have proc mount, cat /proc/mounts.
